Cutting speed : Vc = 70 ~ 800m / min. Small brazing tool takes a smaller value, generally Vc = 70 ~ 230m / min ; other types of tools can be selected more than 300m / min.
Feed rate : when turning, f = 0.05-0.3mm / r ; when milling, f = 0.05 ~ 0.25mm / z
Back cutting depth ap : when turning, ap = 0.2 ~ 3mm ; milling ap ( along the axial direction of the milling cutter ) ≤ d ( d is the diameter of the milling cutter ) and the maximum value does not exceed 12mm, milling width does not exceed 0.5d
